2018 BDAQ Regional Award Winner – New Industrial Buildings

The brief was to design three industrial units with a separate double garage. The units have a small ground floor entry with reception and amenities.  Office space is provided on the upper level.

To achieve three tenancies of a suitable size, the upper floor office space on two of the units was cantilevered out over the carparks. This maximised the size of the warehouse spaces and still allowed a semi-trailer to manoeuvre onsite and easily access each unit.
