2017 BDAQ Residential Design Award Winner – Best use of James Hardie products

The residence is built on three levels, each stepping 300mm down the site.  One large, primary, mono-pitch roof slopes parallel with the site and is complemented by smaller mono-pitch roofs, thus providing classy, modern, visual appeal.

A “Family” zone of kids bedrooms, family room, WC, laundry, bathroom, study nook and plentiful storage was placed on one level; slab on ground garage on another. Kitchen, dining, main living, outdoor areas, guest bedroom and master suite are on the final level. Entry, via a raised timber bridge, is directly onto the middle level.
